This memorandum is to acknowledge my receipt of your letter petitioning
for an extraordinary review of Chairperson George Garrison as specified
in the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the AAUP and Kent State
University. Your letter was received in my office on January 15, 1997.
I will follow the procedures as enumerated in the Collective Bargaining
Agreement to address your petition and conduct a review as specified in
the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
