Re: The Request for an Extraordinary of DPAS's Chair
You were not copied on the letter of 16 December 1996, from Badejo, Dorsey, Rowser and Okantah, that went to Dean Danks, requesting that an Extraordinary Review of my job performance be initiated. I am sending you a copy of that correspondence, and another that I sent to Dean Danks relative to that request. Since this process will affect all of you, it is important that you be informed as much as possible. It is my expectation, that the process will follow the one found in the Collective Bargaining Agreement (pp. 22-24). |
